The company's Principal, Tina Monk started her own consultancy in 1989 in response to her own career crisis. Previously, Tina had worked in a variety of capacities in London, Greece and Sydney. After visiting Sri Lanka and India and the death of her father in 1988, she decided upon a radical change.

She was no longer satisfied with working for others and wanted to work with others. She had gained valuable knowledge and experience from working in PR, publishing, medical & social research and in the field of behavioural change.

Tina started a Training and Development Consultancy partnering with clients and providing a range of programs and services to the private, public and not for profit sectors. As well as her corporate work, she also saw clients in private practice as a counsellor, career and executive coach.

Over the past 18 years, Tina has become very clear on her passion, which is to work with people who value themselves and their people. She holds a strong belief in the essential goodness of people and that given the right environment, encouragement and resources, people can do amazing things. Many of her clients have gone on to do just that, saying that they have found Tina to be 'inspirational'.

To do this, the company develops individuals, the teams to which they belong and the organisations in which they work, as these are often all integrally linked.
