Tina Monk provides online career assessments with face to face or phone career counselling services. Online, phone and Skype services are available Australia wide and internationally. To help you find your career direction, you will assess your career values, interests, skills and personal style. This provides an understanding of the types of careers and work environments that suit you.
You are then guided to discover the career that you will enjoy and a place where you will flourish. She will then work with you to set goals and action plans to gain a rewarding career.
Career counselling services are helpful for:

The Career Interests Profiler assesses your interest in a variety of activities, industries and occupations to determine the careers and areas of study you are most likely to enjoy. It is based on over 5 years of research and contains an extensive database of more than 500 careers and courses.
In your report you will:
- Discover the careers that best suit your interests and values
- Find out the areas of study you are most likely to enjoy
- Get an action plan to help you on your path to your next job
- Learn about career resources and job search websites for specific industries including the Arts, Media, Entertainment, Sports, Not-for-Profit and Small Business sectors, and

The Career Personality Profiler is based on the theory of psychological types described by Swiss psychiatrist C.G Jung and Isabel Myers. It assesses four aspects of your personality based on the following scales: Informer-Reflector, Producer-Creator, Analyser-Helper and Planner-Adapter.
In your report you will:
- Discover the types of careers that suit your personality type
- Find out your natural strengths and abilities
- Learn about your preferred work tasks
- Discover your ideal work environment, and
- Find out what motivates you to perform at your best.
